Chichen Itza

The art of the LAS is that there are NOT enough bricks to make detailed models of substantial architectural forms such as the quadralectic forms of Mayan, Incan or Aztec temples. You have to simplify and suggest, rather that depict in detail.

So 2×2 roof tiles become the steep staircases up to the top temple level.

There is just enough to suggest the interiors of the upper temple building using the 1×1 bricks with hollow pegs, here at the rear.

….while the two sided open blocks make a wide doorway.
